If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
- Return window. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and in their original box.
- Damaged or not what you ordered. Send us a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.
- Change of mind. We're happy to refund; in that case the return shipping is yours to arrange.
- Talk to us first. Please write before you send anything back. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the returns address and next steps.
- Refunds. Once we've received and checked your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
