The pairs that show from across a room. Midnight Flower Earrings, Golden Leaf Earrings and Lace Fringe Hoops are crocheted from wire, loop by loop. Others are strung or set by hand in shell, stone and resin, and their pages say so.
Crocheted wire is mostly air between the loops. Golden Leaf Earrings measure 4.2 × 5.8 cm at 7 g each. Lace Fringe Hoops are 4.8 cm across at 6 g each. Shell, stone and resin carry more: Tiger's Eye Sunburst Studs are 18 g each. Each page gives the weight of one earring, so the pull at the lobe can be judged first.

Keep them dry and put them on last, after lotion and perfume. Store them in the paper drawer box they ship in, so the larger shapes are not pressed.
Questions about statement earrings
Are large earrings heavy?
Not the crocheted ones. Most weigh 5–9 g each, and Midnight Flower Earrings are the heaviest at 14 g each. Shell, stone, resin and plated-metal pairs run 8–20 g each. The weight on every page is for one earring.
Are the posts sterling silver?
Nearly all are 925 sterling silver posts or pins, as the fastening line says. Golden Leaf Earrings list silver posts without the 925 mark. Nothing here is solid sterling.
Will the plating tarnish?
Plating is a surface finish, so it asks for a little care. Keep it dry, put it on last after lotion and perfume, and store it in its box between wears.
Can I return them?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in the box. If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, we cover it.
